Conference & Classroom Roadmap
One-on-one diagnostic sessions administer norm-referenced cognitive, working memory, academic fluency, and phonological processing instruments in quiet office suites.
We review developmental milestones, school documentation, standardized test history, and specific teacher observations to outline an individualized testing battery.
Raw performance scores are converted into clinical percentiles, cross-analyzed across testing domains to isolate specific neurocognitive discrepancies and formal diagnoses.
We review findings with parents and provide complete diagnostic reports engineered for direct implementation by school multidisciplinary teams and IEP committees.

Targeted clinical batteries
Intellectual & processing profiles
Administration of current Wechsler and Woodcock-Johnson batteries measuring verbal comprehension, fluid reasoning, visual-spatial integration, working memory capacity, and cognitive processing efficiency.
Reading, mathematics & written expression
Diagnostic assessment of foundational literacy, phonological decoding speed, reading comprehension, mathematical calculation, and structured written expression to pinpoint specific learning disorders.
Attention & behavioral regulation
Standardized continuous performance tasks, rating inventories, and clinical observations measuring sustained attention, task initiation, cognitive flexibility, and emotional modulation across home and school environments.
Intelligence Testing
This assessment is often sought for Intelligence testing for admission to gifted programs such as GATE and MENSA. This is often referred to as IQ testing, and is typically administered in just one session.
Psychoeducational Assessment
This comprehensive, personalized diagnostic assessment uncovers learning weaknesses, as well as strengths to build upon to help your child progress academically, socially, emotionally and behaviorally. Where appropriate, provision of a psychoeducational diagnosis for educationally related issues, such as dyslexia, anxiety, or ADHD, provides specific information on how to help your child address challenges and move toward success. The in depth assessment includes detailed, helpful recommendations tailored to your student’s needs for easy implementation at home and school settings to maximize success.
Transition and Adult Assessment
For students of all ages (college students and adult learners as well) a diagnostic assessment can provide valuable information on learning strengths and weaknesses. We never stop learning, and that means as adults, we are lifelong learners! Many times, college students and adults seek an assessment for themselves – maybe school was always a struggle, they’ve always wondered if they had an attention deficit or learning disability, or they just want to know how they learn best. An adult assessment offers information that can be utilized to maximize learning employment skills or college and vocational success. Appropriate recommendations and possible accommodations are included based upon assessment data.
Consultation
If you are considering an assessment, please know that you can contact your school district to request an assessment, free of charge. Typically, your school will go through a Student Study Team meeting to discuss your concerns and the educational impact to determine if an assessment is warranted. Simply contact your child’s school to make this request. We are available to consult on individual cases as needed. Many parents already have completed assessments and IEP’s, and simply seek out consultation to review existing information and provide recommendations from an experienced resource outside of their school system. Very often, simply obtaining a second opinion from a trusted outside source is helpful. We are available to consult with parents if you need help with the SST process, previous assessments, 504's and IEP's.
School Service and Support
As a Licensed Educational Psychologist, Psych2site is adept at evaluating students and providing assessments that are extremely thorough and cover any area of suspected disability that may indicate your child may be eligible for special education services under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) or Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. With extensive experience working with both public and private school systems, Psych2site provides extremely thorough legally defensible psychoeducational assessments that meet requirements for considerations for:
• Special education eligibility (IEP)
• Accommodations in general education (eligibility for a Section 504 plan)
• Gifted and talented programs, such as GATE and MENSA
• College Board accommodations for tests such as the SAT, ACT, and AP exams
• Accommodations in college courses
Determinations of disabilities, recommendations for specific accommodations and eligibility considerations are based on assessment data and therefore specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Final decisions regarding provision of accommodations or eligibility for services are site based and outside assessments must be considered. Parents play a vital role in these team decisions, we are available for consultation with parents on reviewing existing assessments, providing new assessments, and navigating the Student Study Team, 504 and IEP processes for general and special education.
Consultations begin with a review of current academic records and developmental history to determine appropriate assessment batteries.
